Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Delivery Practitioner, your responsibilities include transaction processing in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
  • Identify risks or opportunities related to revenues, costs, and profitability, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines.

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Minimum 0-1 year of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Ability to manage order fulfillment and process cash payments.
  • Experience in identifying duplicate records in vendor invoice receipts, verifying and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of matching invoices, identifying errors, resolving exceptions, prioritizing invoices, and reducing aging of invoices.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, including posting documents after due approval.
  • Experience in handling manual and automatic payment requests, along with verification and payment run proposal.
  • Solid understanding of Travel and Expense (T/E) claims and payments, duplicate payment resolution, recovery, and vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Ability to handle queries through calls and email follow-ups.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting and various accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in expense management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with accounting terminologies.
  • Experience in handling queries via calls and emails is highly desired.
  • Ability to comprehend and process data, handle order fulfillment, collect and apply cash payments.
  • Comfortable with following procedures and adapting to business unit transformations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative environment.
  • Ambitious individual capable of working under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
  • Ability to manage change, good time management skills, and the ability to work under stress.
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
