Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish new client accounts in CRM database
• Follow up for missing client documents
• Generate, merge, and email client welcome letters
• Archive and retrieve documents from the database
• Provide project and administrative support, including data entry

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 0-1 year of experience, Graduate degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to process large volumes of work accurately and in a timely manner
• Good typing speed
• Familiarity with the Financial Services sector is preferred
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight timelines

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
