Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish new client accounts in CRM database
- Follow up for missing client documents
- Generate, merge, and email client welcome letters
- Archive and retrieve documents from the database
- Provide project and administrative support, including data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience, Graduate degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to process large volumes of work accurately and in a timely manner
- Good typing speed
- Familiarity with the Financial Services sector is preferred
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
