This unique role combines the responsibilities of Delivery and DevOps leadership, offering you the chance to drive key initiatives and spearhead DevSecOps practices for our Connect Digital team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives while championing DevSecOps practices.
- Provide architectural and engineering direction, participating in design reviews and evaluating implementation risks.
- Act as the primary interface between HSBC and Seeburger, ensuring seamless technical collaboration.
- Proactively identify and address gaps in DevOps practices, driving continuous improvement.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and represent the Connect Digital team in broader engineering forums.
Requirements:
- 18-20 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years in Banking and Financial Services.
- Proven track record in leading deliveries within complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Frameworks, Oracle SQL, and cloud solutions (GCP/AWS).
- Strong understanding of HSBC Connect or similar payment processing systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive technical excellence.
- Familiarity with Seeburger products and DevOps tools is advantageous.
