Job Summary: As an Associate Consultant at HCL, you will play a pivotal role in accomplishing ITQM objectives within assigned projects. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, executing, and evaluating quality activities, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards such as CSV, NVS Standards, IMF, and project methodologies. You will leverage your hands-on experience in Regulatory Compliance to liaise with client information security, compliance, and legal teams, facilitating evidence provisioning during audits. Moreover, your proficiency in domains like Network security, Firewall audits, VA/PT, Access Management, and ISAE3402 will be instrumental in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze the client’s cybersecurity environment and products thoroughly.
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools.
- Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents, assisting the L3 team with RCA or data/logs collection.
- Conduct knowledge transfer/training sessions and maintain operational documentation.
- Fine-tune cybersecurity policies and actively participate in review calls and policy changes.
- Implement changes, monitor security device performance, and perform performance tuning when necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive analyses and reports to showcase project progress and challenges, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B-Tech).
- 2.5-5 years of relevant experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (Cybersec).
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance (UK DPA, SOX, PII, Data Privacy & Security, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Information Security Management Systems and related processes.
- Preferred certifications: ISO 27000 LA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 9000, ITIL V3 foundation.
- Excellent program/project management skills with analytical and reporting proficiency.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal resources.
- Knowledgeable about Business Continuity Management & Disaster Recovery, ISO 22301 experience preferred.
