Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in hardware design, development, and verification. The role focuses on board-level system testing and managing projects involving digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs. You will be leading a team of hardware engineers and collaborating closely with software and design teams to ensure the development of high-quality products that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Design & Testing:
   • Lead design, development, and verification of hardware systems, particularly at the board and system level.
   • Conduct board system-level testing.
2. Digital & Analog Expertise:
   • Possess strong knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs.
   • Work on high-speed and RF designs, including EMI/EMC designs and resolving related issues.
3. Prototype Development:
   • Manage prototype development and board/system integration activities.
   • Handle signal integrity analysis and PSpice circuit simulations.
4. FPGA Design:
   • Collaborate with the FPGA team and assist with FPGA verification processes.
5. Testing & Analysis Tools:
   • Experience with testing equipment such as digital oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
6. ECAD Tools:
   • Proficient in ECAD tools like Zuken, OrCAD, or Altium for PCB design.
7. Communication & Collaboration:
   • Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
   • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
8. Industry Trends & Innovation:
   • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in hardware design.
   • Innovate and incorporate emerging trends to enhance design strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in EMI/EMC design.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and high-speed design.
• Proficiency in design simulation tools.
• Ability to manage projects and lead a team effectively.
