Job Description:
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance to a team of developers to enhance their skills and increase productivity.
- Code Review and Best Practices: Conducting comprehensive code reviews, establishing and overseeing quality assurance processes, and implementing performance optimization. You will also enforce best practices and coding standards to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
- Process Compliance: Ensuring process compliance in the assigned module and participating in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant. This includes conducting feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, supporting architectural best practices, assessing technical risks, and breaking down projects into components with accurate estimations.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will also prepare and submit status reports, minimize exposure, and address escalations to ensure project success.
