Google Software Engineering Intern: Summer 2025

Minimum Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Go).
Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently in your penultimate year of study.
Experience or interest in mobile development, distributed/parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, large software systems, or security software development.
Participation in tech projects or computer science-related extracurricular activities.

Internship Responsibilities:

Develop software applications to enhance Google’s product offerings.
Work on projects involving natural language processing, AI, data compression, machine learning, and search technologies.
Collaborate on scalability issues related to large datasets.
Support and contribute to a productive, innovative team environment.
