Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in vendor management, program management, or content moderation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and execution.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing vendor operations and working with globally managed service providers.
  • Experience with process improvement and quality management.
  • Experience managing sensitive content or content management.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues/requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and navigate ambiguity.

About the job:

As a member of Google’s Trust & Safety team, you will tackle significant problems that affect the safety and integrity of our products. You will leverage technical know-how, problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and partners from abuse across various Google products such as Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You will collaborate globally and cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to identify and combat abuse and fraud cases quickly and efficiently. Your role is essential in promoting trust in Google and ensuring the highest levels of user safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor operations for vendor teams and ensure the delivery of all SLAs.
  • Align with the Trust and Safety team, collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Policy, and Engineering teams, drive projects, set up new teams/workflows, and share insights to improve vendor operations quality.
  • Identify process, tools, data, and metrics improvements, and partner with Product, Tools, Analytics, and Process Excellence teams to address gaps, solve operational challenges, and increase work efficiency and quality.
  • Lead projects by defining clear objectives, dependencies, risks, and follow-through mechanisms.
