Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in software development, quantitative analytics, or data science in a corporate treasury, portfolio management, investment research, or a related financial markets domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery and AI Platform Notebooks, and repository management.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, R, and SQL.
  • Ability to learn about financial instruments and Treasury operations within investment frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively within diverse teams and promote a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

As a member of this team, you’ll explore innovative ways to invest for the future while minimizing volatility and surprises. Alongside risk management and asset management, you’ll contribute to administering business insurance programs and stock programs, providing financial analysis support to internal teams. Your decisions will be both creative and informed, drawing from your deep knowledge of the economy and financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced data-driven solutions for Treasury decision-making frameworks, incorporating cutting-edge quantitative techniques, including AI/ML.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Treasury peers and business leaders to identify automation opportunities using Google Cloud Platform capabilities.
  • Manage data vendor relationships, optimize data feeds, and improve Treasury’s data repository for actionable insights across Treasury and Finance.
  • Create advanced visualizations and reports to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Advocate best practices in data analytics, stay updated on emerging techniques and technologies, and drive continuous improvement in processes, standards, and engineering practices.
