  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple operating systems.

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Operations Engineer in the IT Support Technician department at Google. Your primary goal will be to support the people and technologies essential for Google’s operations. You’ll engage in frontline user support, tackle technical projects, drive process improvements, and contribute to documentation efforts vital for Google’s success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide user support across diverse technologies and platforms, including hardware, software, tools, services, networks, and integrated video and audio conferencing equipment. Conduct root cause analysis for IT issues.
  2. Advocate for users based on insights gathered through direct support. Collaborate with partner teams to identify and prioritize solutions for problematic user experiences.
  3. Lead and collaborate with peers, vendors, and other technical support teams to streamline troubleshooting processes and resolve issues effectively.
  4. Develop scripts, tools, processes, or solutions to proactively prevent problems, enhance user productivity, and automate repetitive tasks, contributing to long-term service improvements.
  5. Lead or participate in IT projects, ensuring meticulous design and planning to deliver effective solutions.
