Role: Data Analyst – Trust & Safety
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, statistical modeling, visualization, and a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
- Experience with writing and maintaining ETLs for structured and unstructured data sources.
- Ability to derive insights and recommendations from data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education or experience in machine learning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a dynamic environment.

- Work with Google’s Trust & Safety team to tackle challenges related to product safety and integrity.
- Use technical skills and user insights to protect users and partners from abuse.
- Collaborate globally with engineers and product managers to address abuse and fraud.
- Design and manage Trust & Safety systems, ensuring security objectives are met without compromising efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain security systems for Trust & Safety.
- Create integrations between business goals and security systems.
- Manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Understand data sources, access methods, and relevant products.
