Role: Business Analyst-Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective delivery and supply chain processes to provide timely goods and services to consumers.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with inbound and outbound logistics teams to manage tasks and meet key performance indicators.
- Shipping Coordination: Manage product shipping from origin to destination, involving extensive third-party collaboration.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and escalate logistics issues to client stakeholders, driving timely resolutions.
- Complex Issue Handling: Address and resolve intricate logistics and transportation challenges in collaboration with client supply chain resources.
- Delivery Tracking: Monitor and track product deliveries to end customers.
- Administrative Support: Provide necessary administrative assistance to support logistics and supply chain functions.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize client-provided technology tools for executing logistics and supply chain management tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for logistics coordination, ensuring regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with client stakeholders regarding data, analysis, issues, and resolution statuses.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Understanding of logistics and transportation processes, including compliance rules.
- Experience in logistics and transportation.
- Familiarity with supply chain in the hi-tech or technology distribution industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and basic data analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage quick-turn projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SAP S2 Hana, K2.Net.
