Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, HR-Operations:
As a Process Developer, HR-Operations, you will be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to both the client group and HR organization alike. Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee queries – Tier 1 and Tier 2.
- Resolve Tier 1 inquiries (via email, phone, voicemail, chat, ServiceNow, or other client systems used for case management).
- Manage outbound communications regarding associate queries.
- Assign cases to Tier 2/Tier 3 as required.
- Escalate and hand over Tier 3 queries to CoE or HRBP.
- Resolve and research associate queries, including annual processes (e.g., annual compensation, open enrollment).
- Case management and triaging, including updating case status on the case management tool.
- Manage concierge service requests.
- Handle associate documentation (store, retrieve, create).
- Administer inbound mail received for shared services.
- Follow quality requirements and act in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Take on additional responsibilities from the quality area, lead improvements, provide training.
- Maintain process documentation and document templates.
- Support content upload and updates on the client portal (or its replacement), manage inquiries related to the client portal (or its replacement), and access requests.
- Review portal content to ensure updated and current information is reflected.
- Perform translation activities.
- Generate employment verification letters.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Relevant years of working experience in Payroll processing or pre-payroll.
- Good communication skills for voice support.
- Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support center, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
