Key Responsibilities:

Estimate time required for quality-related tasks and break down problems.
Demonstrate expertise in the application domain and apply various testing methodologies during the SDLC.
Take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while seeking help when necessary.
Apply principles of SDLC, Agile/Lean/XP, CI, and other methodologies in testing and product security.
Collaborate with development teams in bug fixing and test plan creation.
Write effective tests and system-level integration tests to meet quality standards.
Implement and configure testing tools and mentor junior staff.
Contribute to the definition of quality metrics, best practices, and coding standards.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).
