Gainwell Technologies Hiring Data Analyst

This role of Data Analyst at Gainwell Technologies in Bangalore requires strong analytical skills within a technical environment, preferably with SQL. The candidate will perform research, requirement analysis, creation, and design of mapping documents, and present findings to team members, clients, and vendors. The job involves developing program specifications, understanding transformation requirements, ensuring code development meets business requirements, and testing interfaces/reports.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate mapping documents according to the mapping process.
Deliver first draft solutions to ETL/Reporting/Conversion teams.
Support DSD creation and response.
Present analysis and design recommendations to teams, customers, and vendors.
Support ETL/Reporting/Conversion developers based on created mappings.
Work with configuration teams and DBAs to ensure synchronicity of configuration to interfaces and mappings.
Refine mapping documents with detailed information.
Use SQL, data models, data element dictionary, and schema for data and business analysis.
Create unit test cases and validate test plan results.
Update technical specifications and mappings.
Support various testing phases: Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Analytical and data analysis skills in a technical environment, preferably with SQL.
Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, preferably Medicaid.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.

Experience with QNXT/Schema or Facets.
Data mapping experience.
Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent SQL skills.
Experience in Conversion/Interface/Reporting.
