ByPosition: Operations Associate
Location: Chennai (Remote, Overnight/Third Shift)
Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available
Responsibilities:
- Creatively onboard carriers to our platform, devising solutions for unique challenges.
- Lead carrier calls, set follow-up tasks, and manage action items.
- Navigate enterprise-level software, diagnose technical issues, and propose solutions.
- Understand customer and company objectives to execute carrier onboarding and compliance goals.
- Provide regular updates to customers on onboarding and compliance progress.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and other internal documentation.
- Implement best practices for capturing and utilizing visibility data.
- Proactively manage carrier accounts to improve operations and tracking quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance our product.
- Complete strategic projects and contribute to company and department objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools.
- Customer-facing experience required.
- Experience in logistics or SaaS is a plus.
