Role: Senior Security Engineer
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Team: CD Team
Responsibilities:
- Handle incident response, including investigation, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, collect and analyze digital evidence, and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, perform threat hunting, and define standard procedures.
- Create and execute Incident Response Playbooks (IRPs).
- Utilize security tools for threat analysis and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 2.5 years in cyber incident response.
- Expertise in handling various security incidents like phishing, malware, and ransomware.
- Technical proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC OS platforms, with a deep understanding of security technologies.
- Advanced certifications (SANS GIAC / GCIA / GCIH, CISSP, CASP) are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and experience in defining and executing incident response strategies.
Skills Needed:
- Security Operations, Cyber Forensics, Incident Response, and Security Monitoring.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree.
