Role Overview
As a Manager – Planning, you will be responsible for:
- Creating speed reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Analytics team.
- Ensuring daily accuracy of published data.
- Monitoring SLA/Speed on a daily basis to ensure plans are met or identifying root causes for deviations.
- Preparing leadership review decks as required.
- Estimating speed impact for new initiatives and monitoring/reporting this impact in weekly reviews.
Team Overview
This role is part of the Myntra Supply Planning team, focusing on the SLA/Speed charter in collaboration with Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Analytics to create speed reports and dashboards.
- Ensure daily accuracy of published data.
- Monitor SLA and speed on a daily basis to ensure adherence to plans.
- Estimate and report speed impact for new initiatives.
