Job Description:
The Financial Crime Operations Analyst position at EY involves collaborating with global offices to provide compliance solutions to clients.
The role focuses on assisting in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing business functions and compliance programs.
Specifically, the analyst will work on financial crime risks such as anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, anti-bribery controls, sanctions compliance, and fraud prevention.
The responsibilities include developing and overseeing the financial crime and fraud prevention framework to ensure client compliance and protection from financial risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the compliance team in the financial crime space.
- Helping businesses comply with financial crime regulations and relevant client policies.
- Demonstrating interest in compliance and regulatory issues in the banking and capital markets industry.

Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of work experience in AML, KYC, Sanction Screening, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, or banking.
- MBA with an emphasis in Risk, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related financial field.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of the banking industry, its products, and services.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on Indian holidays as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
