Position Overview: As a Senior Manager in our GDS Consulting team, you will serve as a Quality Management Professional, contributing to projects that address the evolving needs of the IT transformation industry. You will utilize advanced quality models, tools, and automation techniques to deliver customized solutions to our clients. This role entails driving excellence in project delivery, implementing quality control measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across service and delivery excellence.
- Conduct delivery reviews, evaluate project performance, and provide balanced scorecards for projects and portfolios.
- Establish and execute organizational delivery excellence strategies.
- Enable project teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality management.
- Ensure compliance with delivery/service metrics through a balanced scorecard system.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Lead Software Process Improvement (SPI) activities and evaluate industry best practices to customize methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems and tools supporting delivery excellence.
- Provide leadership in risk management and software process improvement activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- 12 to 18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in delivery management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps.
- Experience in driving improvements using lean/Six Sigma techniques.
- Exposure to quality process and improvement tools, risk management, and customer escalations.
- Ability to interact effectively across different organizational layers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of DevOps and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Managed Services programs (ITIL V4), CISA, SOX, internal audits, and risk transformation.
- Experience in defining processes for teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in project audits, reviews, and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in assessing project risks through data/metrics analysis.
