About this opportunity:
As an ML Ops Engineer at Ericsson, you will report to the GFGO Data Office – Head of Advanced AI & Automation. Your contributions will significantly impact our AI and automation technology efforts, aligning with our data strategy and business objectives. You will play a pivotal leadership role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business value. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, you will identify key business challenges, design and implement innovative data-driven solutions, and effectively communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you will do:
- Build pipelines to automate the machine learning lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring).
- Develop and implement infrastructure for deploying models in production.
- Monitor model performance and identify potential issues.
- Ensure models are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and other stakeholders to ensure smooth model integration.
The skills you bring:
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (desirable).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Hands-on experience with ML Ops tools like LangChain, MLFlow.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
