Job Description:
As an Analyst at eClerx, you will be responsible for various back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions. Your role will encompass different stages of the client/product lifecycle, including:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handling processes like KYC, reference data management, legal documentation, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, trade support, corporate actions, and tax operations.
- Data capture, cataloguing, data processing, system inputs and updates, reconciliations, settlements, and fund transfers.
- Preparing reports using MS Excel.
- Interacting with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries and discrepancies via telephone or email.
- Identifying and escalating risks and outstanding issues to clients in a timely manner.
- Supporting various trade activities across the trade lifecycle, including trade confirmation matching, trade pre-settlements support, front office to back-office trade reconciliation, report generation, and settlement of cash flows from various trading events.
- Handling other capital market operational tasks, such as reference data support and regulatory reporting (SDR, KYC), as well as various reconciliations.
- Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Master’s Degree in Finance (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
- Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, commitment, and productivity.
- Proactive, effective influencer, and result-oriented.
- Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Above-average planning, organizing, and time management abilities.
