Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee timely delivery of digital marketing projects.
- Client Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize daily tasks and processes to meet SLAs.
- Meetings and Reporting: Lead kick-off, weekly, and monthly calls with clients, and prepare and present reports.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of project statuses.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership in delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
- Client Confidence: Build and maintain client confidence in EbizON’s service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
- 0-2 years of overall work experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing.
- Understanding of customer success management practices.
