Key Responsibilities:

Operational Procurement (SCM Purchase to Pay / P2P): Handling daily ordering of goods and services, managing supplier contacts, and addressing commercial issues.
Purchase Order Management: Create, release, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
ERP System Maintenance: Manage purchasing data in ERP systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
Supplier Interface: Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding order confirmations and deviations.
Order Management: Regularly check and reschedule overdue or open purchase orders in collaboration with relevant departments.
Invoice Management: Handle and clarify supplier invoices in case of discrepancies.
Process Documentation: Prepare work instructions and maintain KPI reports and trackers.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including Strategic Procurement, Accounting, Material Planning, and Engineering.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Graduate in Engineering or equivalent / Post Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
- Masters: 2-3 years of experience
- Bachelors: 2-3 years of experience

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:
- Purchasing exposure in Manufacturing or Electrical Industry or shared service center.
- Domain knowledge in SCM.
- Reporting and analysis, PO and supply management, order management using ERP/IT applications/CRM.
- Master data management.
Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- German language proficiency preferred.
- High learning agility and customer-centric approach.
- Continuous improvement mindset, escalation management, and solution orientation.
- Collaboration and people agility, especially in dealing with stakeholders and higher management.
