At DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, we serve as the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). As an Associate – Customs (CDZ), you’ll play a pivotal role in our Customs service line, providing top-tier service to DGFF regions and countries worldwide. Through comprehensive training, you’ll become proficient in various tasks, including file management, shipment support, customs entry processing, invoice management, data validation, and global customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand station/country documentation requirements and execute tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to department SLAs and Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain service quality by delivering accurate and timely services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions and enhance service delivery.
- Promptly communicate operational challenges to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for seamless information flow.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, industrial engineering, or management. (For GSC MNL & BOG, undergraduate degree is accepted)
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO or logistics domain (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong English communication skills (For BOG & CTU, proficiency in Spanish & Mandarin is required)
- Exposure to Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning skills
