- Collaborate closely with lead engineers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to grasp project objectives and requirements.
- Provide well-considered estimates post thorough analysis of design, build, testing complexities, maintainability, and serviceability.
- Design and develop high-volume, high-performance, and high-availability applications utilizing proven frameworks and technologies.
- Champion best practices in software development, emphasizing scalability, availability, and performance.
- Engage in test-driven development, leveraging automated testing frameworks, mocking, stubbing, and unit testing tools for high-quality outputs.
Skills Required:
- Solid foundation in software engineering, software design, or database design and architecture.
- Extensive experience in software development within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) or microservices paradigm.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and familiarity with industry-recognized frameworks and development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to implement programming best practices, particularly in scalability, availability, and performance.
- Experience with test-driven development and adept use of automated test frameworks, mocking, stubbing, and unit testing tools.
