Work You’ll Do
As a Process Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of our operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices to drive excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Develop, implement, and document quality assurance processes, guidelines, and procedures.
- Conduct Internal Audits: Perform thorough and systematic internal audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements.
- Provide Training and Support: Ensure team members understand and apply quality standards consistently.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis: Address process deviations, recommend corrective actions, and track the effectiveness of solutions.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive process enhancements to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.
- Prepare Reports and Documentation: Document quality assurance activities and outcomes comprehensively.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to process quality assurance.
- Verify and Track Audit Findings: Ensure audit findings are verified and tracked to closure.
- Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with standards like CMMI, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000 is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate with relevant experience. A B.Tech or BE degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: Proven track record of 2-3 years in process quality assurance or a related role in the IT industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
