Position: Analyst – Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) Onboarding

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with different teams and act as a talent advisor.
  • Manage processes like Prehire onboarding, background verifications, and joining formalities using HR Online and Prehire Talent on Demand (TOD).
  • Collaborate with US and USI teams to understand talent priorities and assist in project prioritization and implementation.
  • Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
  • Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and continuously strive to enhance it.

The Team: The ELE team supports US and USI Talent Acquisition professionals in various core activities. We manage end-to-end activities for candidates from application management to onboarding. Adhering to established firm standards, we provide services to US and India professionals, continually expanding our portfolio.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate with 6 months to 2 years of HR work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to interaction with international clients/stakeholders.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate & coordinate with all levels within the firm.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage critical tasks and assignments.
  • Outstanding client service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills.
  • Initiative and self-direction.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal instruction.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience in a large or matrix-driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with virtual teams.

Preferred:

  • Any graduate with a professional qualification.
  • Exposure to interaction with US stakeholders & external vendors.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR management applications.
  • Experience in HRSS department of a multinational company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; macro knowledge is an additional asset.
