Analyst – Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) Onboarding

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

As an ELE professional, you will:

  • Collaborate with different teams and act as a talent advisor.
  • Work independently and with virtual teams.
  • Partner closely with the BA/CoE team and other internal clients to handle onboarding-related issues.
  • Manage processes like prehire onboarding, background verifications, joining formalities, and work on tools such as HR Online and Prehire Talent on Demand (TOD).
  • Collaborate with US and USI teams to understand talent priorities and help in prioritization and implementation of projects.
  • Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
  • Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews.
  • Ensure that every candidate has the Deloitte candidate experience and continuously strive to enhance it.

Team:

The ELE team supports US and USI Talent Acquisition professionals in various core activities, managing end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management to onboarding. The team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, providing a wide array of services to US and India professionals and continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate with 6 months to 2 years of work experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to interaction with international clients/stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with all levels within the firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage critical tasks and assignments.
  • Outstanding client service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills.
  • Initiative and self-direction; works on moderately difficult assignments, requiring judgment in resolving issues.
  • Excellent client service skills, organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work with minimal instruction.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
  • Experience in a large or matrix-driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations.
  • Ability to manage complex projects by working with virtual teams.

Preferred:

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Professional qualifications preferred.
  • Exposure to interaction with US stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Experience in working on cloud-based applications related to human resource management.
  • Experience working in the HRSS department of a multinational company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is an additional asset.
