Position Overview
As an Analyst in the Marketing Analytics team at Deloitte, you will be a key member of a high-performing team, working closely with marketers and campaign managers. The role involves managing and analyzing data to generate targeted marketing lists, preparing reports, and tracking the success of marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with the firm’s privacy policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audience Targeting: Collaborate with marketers and campaign managers to generate targeted marketing lists.
- Compliance and Approval: Ensure lists meet targeting objectives and comply with firm standards; circulate lists for stakeholder approval.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and informational tools to drive marketing success.
- Tracking Responses: Monitor pre- and post-event responses.
- Data Integrity: Resolve duplicate entries and enhance data integrity.
- Project Support: Provide project planning and application support as needed.
- Additional Projects: Participate in other projects as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Math, or Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years in campaign management, reporting, and analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM solutions), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. SQL, database, and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, R) experience is an asset.
- Other Skills: Strong time management, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and a good appreciation of technology and data management.
Location and Timings:
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
