Job Details:
- Position: Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Develop self-service capabilities and data visualization dashboards across the company.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create conceptual data models, reporting tools, and business intelligence programs.
- Perform Business Intelligence (BI) analysis and data exploitation, generating reports and uncovering business insights.
- Collaborate with teams to define BI requirements and manage data requests.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data anomalies, develop and manage BI solutions.
- Present reports, graphs, and analytical results to stakeholders, providing technical guidance and training to team members.
- Ensure data performance, security, and integrity, with a focus on ease of access for end-users.
- Develop and report on product, site, and customer metrics, aligning findings with business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 0-3 years; freshers can apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with SQL Server 2019, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift.
- Proficient in SQL, MDX, and DAX for advanced querying.
- Knowledge of data warehousing methodologies, BI processes like ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, and Excel (including Pivot tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot).
- Ability to automate reporting processes for on-demand data access.
