Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on insights and analytics strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in building and deploying ML models to analyze customer behavior.
- Develop data pipelines and feature engineering in AWS.
- Create dashboards in PowerBI to track results.
- Prepare presentations and maintain documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams in both India and the US.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
- 2+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with modeling techniques (e.g., regression, K-means, time series).
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
- Travel to the US (1-2 weeks annually).
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Understanding of AWS services (Sagemaker, Redshift, Athena, S3).
- Experience with end-to-end data science pipelines.
