Role Overview: As a Business Data Analyst on the Product Data & Analytics team, you’ll work in a dynamic and supportive environment to tackle challenging data analytics initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences across various products. You’ll receive mentorship and guidance to help you grow professionally while working with cutting-edge BI and data management technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and deliver strategic journey analytics to clients within the CX Data and Analytics COE.
- Establish and promote analytics best practices, training clients on data analysis.
- Collaborate with CX product teams to develop innovative analytics features.
- Research and implement best practices for deploying statistical learning models.
- Communicate insights and results to key decision-makers.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with databases (Snowflake, Redshift), data analytics, and dashboard building.
- Proficiency in analytical SQL and BI tools (Domo, Tableau).
- Ability to write complex queries for in-depth analysis.
- Knowledge of database and ETL development, with a focus on data quality challenges.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive to find solutions.
- Experience in analytics related to Customer Experience, Campaign Management, or Digital platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python for analysis and knowledge of EDA and ML is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Applied Math, ML, etc.).
