Key Responsibilities:
- Gather reporting and dashboard requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications for reports and dashboards.
- Convert legacy reports into BI solutions or central reporting systems.
- Transition reports and dashboards to Operations & Support, ensuring smooth handover.
- Support report and dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and offer user training.
- Ensure accurate and timely report delivery, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with IT teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements for data visualization.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in Technology Management.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, IBM Db2, MongoDB, and related database technologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
