The job responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing software systems and applications.
- Participating in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design.
- Conducting software design meetings and analyzing user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Driving Proof of Concept (PoC) for new programs and platform initiatives in collaboration with Architects/Conduent Technology Innovation team.
- Reviewing technical specifications based on stated business requirements.
- Serving as a technical expert/architect on projects and being accountable for the technical delivery.
- Establishing and ensuring design and code review processes to ensure code quality.
- Ensuring product compliance with non-functional requirements like response time, performance, security, usability, and other non-functional requirements.
- Evaluating and ensuring the product complies with regulatory and business requirements.
- Planning and managing the application release and deployment roadmap and documentation.
- Participating in RFP technical solutioning and estimation in collaboration with the Technology Solutions Management team.
- Implementing best practices and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes within the team.
- Grooming and building the next layer of technical leadership in the team.
- Providing estimates, budgets, project flow, client updates, and meeting expectations while keeping up with team aspirations.
- Working with the team to address risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Sharing best practices across teams.
- Providing feedback for performance appraisals of team members.
