Responsibilities
Analytical Tasks:
- Perform all accounting activities as per the defined SOPs.
- Execute intercompany transactions.
- Complete activities for closing books of accounts.
- Conduct assessment cycles for smooth transitions from FI to PA module at month-end.
- Ensure compliance with SOX guidelines.
Compliance and Control:
- Ensure all accounting adheres to US GAAP.
- Maintain effective controls to ensure high accuracy as per internal guidelines.
Collaboration:
- Review and resolve audit queries promptly.
- Periodically review SOPs and recommend changes in consultation with relevant collaborators.
Innovation:
- Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in other business partner initiatives.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Any graduate with 1+ years of experience in R2R.
- Proven understanding of US GAAP.
- Proven understanding of ERP systems (SAP experience desired).
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of MS Office.
