Skills: Cisco SD WAN, Switching & Routing Cisco, Software Defined Networks, User Access & Identity Management, IT business support

Responsibilities:

Business / Customer:

Understand and articulate complex problems related to specific technologies.
Support business development through RFP/RFI response drafting, presentations, and collateral creation.
Present project capabilities to prospective clients, highlighting unique selling propositions.
Interface with community networks to stay competitive in technology.
Address client escalations and lead technical discussions in governance calls.

Project / Process:

Manage specific technologies within projects.
Contribute to High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), implementation, and test plans.
Participate in technical audits and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
Translate technical requirements into designs and lead technical improvement plan (TIP) initiatives.
Prepare and update run books, standard operating procedures (SOP), and knowledge articles.

People / Team:

Enable team members to enhance their skills.
Deliver technology training and support recruitment efforts.
Contribute to team building and mentoring efforts.
Create technical artifacts and reference architectures for knowledge management.
