Position: Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop software solutions across multiple subsystems within the applications, involving requirements definition, prototyping, architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment.
2. Gain understanding of the applications’ operation, structure, and customer usage patterns.
3. Research new technology and development tools to stay updated with current trends.
4. Document solutions comprehensively through documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and maintain readable code.
5. Analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate on resolutions.
6. Adhere to internal quality systems, considering standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements during coding.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2. 0-2 years of experience in software development life cycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
3. Familiarity with C, C++, and OOPS Concepts, along with Multi-tiered application design and development, RDBMS design (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.), HTML/DHTML, and JavaScript.
