Responsibilities:
- Perform workforce analytics, monitoring, assessing, and analyzing workforce data.
- Conduct short and long-term capacity planning analysis, providing recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices.
- Independently identify capacity issues and propose solutions.
- Utilize specialty area knowledge to evaluate processes and data, identifying policy gaps and formulating policies.
- Interpret data and make recommendations, integrating disciplinary knowledge with industry practices.
- Have a limited but direct impact on business through the quality of provided tasks/services.
- Develop a working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Communicate information concisely and logically, considering audience diversity.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Basic level experience in a related role (combination of education/experience).
- Basic analysis and reporting skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Requirement:
- Must be willing to work night shifts and rotational schedules in India (24/7 operations).
