The role primarily involves managing both technical and functional aspects of OTM and GTM (Global Trade Management), focusing on system configuration, development, and collaboration with the Application Management Services (AMS) team. Your responsibilities include supporting system upgrades, participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain and enhance OTM/GTM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain documentation.
- Assist in configuring, developing, and testing OTM/GTM modules.
- Participate in UAT, debug issues, and assist with data fixes and migrations.
- Support the AMS team with OTM/GTM upgrades and enhancements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with OTM/GTM Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agent configuration, data management, and OTM integration.
- Basic understanding of OTM/GTM modules like Order Management, Shipment Planning, and Party Screening.
- Proficiency in SQL query design and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working in virtual teams across different time zones.
Desired Skills:
- Additional SQL expertise.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP.
- Experience with XML/XS.
Educational Requirements:
