Job Summary:
The Central Ops Support Executive is responsible for remotely supporting the daily operations of Amazon Fresh and other CST activities. This role involves monitoring daily metrics, coordinating field support, conducting audits, managing stakeholders, and implementing new processes. The candidate should have a strong understanding of customer experience, attention to detail, and the ability to identify patterns and potential disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract data and prepare reports according to the schedule.
- Monitor the efficiency of assigned sites remotely through calls, emails, and coordination with field teams.
- Trigger audits and other operational activities at various sites.
- Develop and implement SOPs, analyze data, and propose improvements.
- Be available to work on weekends and shifts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics).
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL.
