Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-client BPO provider with Contact Center Technology platforms.
  • Strong experience with Amazon Connect and other CRM platforms like ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce.
  • Additional experience in cloud platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing solutions and implementing Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
  • Hands-on experience (1-2 years) building call flows and IVR within AWS Connect.
  • Configuring and implementing the Amazon Connect platform.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Cloud-based VoIP systems design, implementation, support, monitoring, and security.
  • Expertise in configuring Contact Center components such as Queues, Routing Profiles, and Agent/User Management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, S3, Athena, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Lex.
  • Proficiency in coding/scripting languages like Python and Java.
  • Leading or participating in medium to high complexity projects.
  • Handling on-call production support activities effectively.
