Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-client BPO provider with Contact Center Technology platforms.
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect and other CRM platforms like ServiceNow, Zendesk, Salesforce.
- Additional experience in cloud platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing solutions and implementing Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
- Hands-on experience (1-2 years) building call flows and IVR within AWS Connect.
- Configuring and implementing the Amazon Connect platform.
- 5-7 years of experience in Cloud-based VoIP systems design, implementation, support, monitoring, and security.
- Expertise in configuring Contact Center components such as Queues, Routing Profiles, and Agent/User Management.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, S3, Athena, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Lex.
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages like Python and Java.
- Leading or participating in medium to high complexity projects.
- Handling on-call production support activities effectively.
