Your Role: We are seeking a Business Analyst who can tackle challenging problems at scale and make a significant impact in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and build solutions based on insights.
- Provide insights to management and assist in strategic planning.
- Prepare concise reports with solid analytics and logical insights.
- Streamline processes and collaborate on cross-team projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis of problems and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Work with complex datasets, clean and wrangle data to uncover insights and trends.
- Communicate findings to leadership through data summaries, visualizations, and narratives.
- Answer business questions and provide recommendations using descriptive, inquisitive, and prescriptive analytics.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and a visualization tool like Tableau or QlikView.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to a statistical or analytical language such as R or Python.
- Familiarity with ML algorithms and modeling techniques.
