About the Role :
As a Service Reliability Engineer – Trainee, you play a crucial role in enhancing customer service excellence by addressing issues promptly and facilitating activities to boost the organization’s customer-facing engineering capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Assess and identify gaps in the organization’s field engineering capabilities, contributing to the design of future engineering states.
  2. Assist in deploying tools to empower engineering teams in their innovation and development efforts.
  3. Participate in resolving critical customer escalations to maintain high standards of customer delivery.
