Who You Are
Brightwheel is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. You should be a world-class problem solver and a structured thinker capable of addressing challenges with data. You will answer high-priority business questions and support day-to-day reporting across the business. You will work closely with the Data & Analytics Engineering team to build and improve operational data sets.
What You’ll Do
- Use quantitative data analysis to provide insights to business and product leaders.
- Identify analyses and key metrics to drive and inform GTM strategy.
- Report against company initiatives by building executive-facing dashboards.
- Build scaled analytical solutions with Data Engineering.
- Collaborate with internal customers to deliver reports and analysis.
- Work with cross-functional operational teams for continuous data discovery and usage.
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or relevant technical roles, or 1-2 years of analyst experience paired with 1-2 years of consulting or directly relevant experience.
- Highly proficient in SQL; preferred ETL experience.
- Proficiency in analytics visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma).
- Experience deriving insights from complex data and working with relational databases.
- Working knowledge of data engineering principles.
- Ability to translate data into actionable steps for internal teams.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Experience with tools like dbt, Tableau, Airflow, Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience designing A/B tests and interpreting results is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 – $138,000 per year.
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity, and benefits.
