Job Summary:
The Market Research Analyst 2 will be a part of the Customer Insights and Interactions team. The primary goal is to measure the impact of consumer perceptions and customer experience on engagement metrics. Responsibilities include designing and implementing surveys, conducting descriptive and statistical analyses, and presenting findings to inform business decisions and client publications.
Essential Job Functions:
- Survey Design and Programming: Develop surveys, including questionnaire design, sampling, and logic. Program and test surveys using tools like Qualtrics and Sawtooth. Knowledge of methodologies like Conjoint and MaxDiff is advantageous.
- Business Writing and Communication: Write compelling business narratives and reports for senior management and external publications. Effective storyboarding to communicate survey findings.
- Data Analysis & Market Research: Analyze and interpret survey data, perform advanced statistical analyses, and compile competitive intelligence reports. Use secondary research tools to complement primary research findings.
- Process Improvement: Automate repetitive tasks and processes to enhance department efficiencies. Support the development of data integration strategies across analytic platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a Quantitative Field, or equivalent experience.
- Two to five years of experience in market research, customer analytics, or a similar role.
