Job Description:
As an Area Manager/Sales, your responsibilities include achieving sales and distribution goals in the assigned Zonal area, ensuring a strong and stable network, managing channel-wise distribution, and driving growth projects. You will lead and motivate the sales team, develop competencies, and drive marketing and promotional activities. Financial discipline, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategy development for new markets and accounts are integral parts of the role. You’ll focus on increasing sales, product penetration, and ensuring policy implementation and compliance across the value stream. Collaboration with the matrix organization at the Zone and Head Office level is essential to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the automobile industry
Additional Information:
- Experience in channel sales is preferred
