Job Description:
As a Transformation Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across various functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
- Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement events utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Providing guidance, leadership, and coaching to cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Collaborating with multiple functions, including logistics, to improve processes both on the production floor and in transactional operations.
- Clearly defining program objectives, scope, and implementation plans for projects.
- Prioritizing improvement opportunities based on potential gains and required efforts.
- Securing employee commitment for proactive change management.
- Ensuring governance principles are appropriately implemented.
- Conducting detailed analysis of current situations to identify and address issues effectively.
- Specifying deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance-measured indicators for projects.
- Identifying available resources and overcoming obstacles through continuous improvement.
- Monitoring the implementation of solutions to achieve objectives and expected benefits.
- Working with employees on Kaizen events in the finance field.
