This role as a People and Organization Practice Operations Coordinator at BCG in Gurugram, India, focuses on supporting the Management & Operations team within the People and Organization (POP) Practice Area. Your responsibilities will include assisting with business reporting and data tracking, supporting internal meetings and presentations, and helping with event preparation. You will also work on special projects and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Assist with regional and global business reporting, and communicate data to stakeholders.
  • Meeting & Event Support: Provide support for internal meetings, presentations, and event preparations, focusing on invitation processes and attendance management.
  • Special Projects: Partner with the Management & Operations team on various projects to improve efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Support the enhancement of processes and automation within the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic performance.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a related business role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe is a plus.
  • Other Skills: Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a virtual and flexible environment.

This full-time position (40 hours/week) requires a high level of initiative and resourcefulness and the ability to work across multiple time zones in a virtual environment.
