Key Responsibilities:

Critical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payment lifecycle, payments systems, and workflow.
- Understanding of SWIFT MT, ISO20022 message formats, and both high- and low-value payments systems.
- Familiarity with various clearing systems and regulatory/industry changes.
- Strong Business Analyst skills and experience working in IT project environments within the banking sector.
- Experience with Functional Requirements Definitions (FRDs) and Interface Requirements Definitions (IRDs).
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to align project delivery with business priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including tools like Kanban boards.
- Knowledge of test automation and BDD frameworks.
Senior Level Expectations (Assistant Vice President):
- Providing consultation on complex issues and working with People Leaders.
- Managing risks and developing policies/procedures.
- Engaging in detailed data analysis and communicating complex information effectively.
